Policies, Payments & Images

To lock in your date, a $50 non-refundable retainer is due at booking, with the rest of your balance due by the day of your session. Life happens—I allow one reschedule if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows mean your retainer is forfeited. Payments can be made by cash, card, or electronic transfer. You’ll receive your edited images within 5–7 business days, and if you need them sooner, rush edits are available for an extra fee.

Please try to arrive on time, as sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. If you’re running late, we’ll still wrap up at the original end time, which may result in fewer final images. I want you to get the full experience, so arriving a few minutes early is always a great idea!

Since many of my sessions are outdoors, the weather sometimes plays a role. If rain, storms, or unsafe conditions pop up, I’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. My goal is always to keep things safe and make sure you get the beautiful images you deserve.

Your photos will be delivered in a private online gallery, which will stay live for 30 days. Be sure to download and back up your images within that time. After 30 days, galleries may be removed and reactivating them could come with a small fee.

Each session comes with a print release, meaning you’re welcome to print your photos, share them with family and friends, and enjoy them however you’d like for personal use. What you can’t do is sell them or use them for business purposes without my written okay.

As part of working with me, I may share your photos on my website, portfolio, or social media to showcase my work. If you’d prefer your images to stay private, just let me know in writing before your session and I’ll absolutely respect your wishes.
